Titill fyrirlestrarins er Transforming linear recurrences with homomorphisms.
Ágrip: Linear recurrences and linear differential equations can be expressed as ring elements annihilating vectors. This formulation is applied to study effects of homomorphisms on these equations. It is also explained how this can be used to construct efficient algorithms. A generalisation of the approach illustrates a parallel of the two types of equations.
